This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on adminmate.io and in the Adminmate Dashboard (app.adminmate.io), why we use them and how you can control them. It complements our Privacy Policy.
In short: we do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites. Our audience measurement is cookieless. The only cookies we use are needed to keep you logged in and to keep your live chat conversation.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. In this policy, “cookies” refers to all of them. Cookies set by the website you visit are “first-party” cookies; cookies set by another domain are “third-party” cookies.
2. The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the website and the Dashboard to work. Under the French and European rules, they do not require your consent.

Audience measurement
We measure the audience of our website with Plausible Analytics, a European, privacy-friendly analytics tool. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not track you across websites or devices. Statistics are aggregated and cannot identify you.
Google Tag Manager
Our website loads Google Tag Manager, a tool used to manage the scripts of the website. Google Tag Manager does not set cookies by itself, and we currently do not use it to load any advertising or tracking tag.
Advertising and tracking
We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies. If we ever decide to use cookies that require your consent, we will ask for it beforehand through a consent banner, and you will be free to refuse them without any impact on your use of the website.
3. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings. Here is how to do it with the most common browsers:
